MessageCooperative behavior which gives benefits to others by sometimes sacrificing oneself is a distinct nature of human. The behavior is also mandatory to form a society. Since the behavior is not favored by natural selection due to the cost, it is an unsolved mystery which has attracted a great attention from various research fields such as sociology, biology, psychology, game theory, and computer science. To try to find mechanisms that achieve cooperative societies, I have used mathematical analyses and numerical calculations based on evolutionary games. I also aim to develop smart, fast, and robust systems regarding engineering by applying the technique.
